Management Development programme (MDP) is a training module JIM offers to commoners such as experts, academicians, students, parents, etc. in order to increase their capacity of learning, adaptability and productivity. The training uses different tools like group work outs, re-enactment games, address and exchanges, role plays and members’ presentations to create interest and involvement to the participants. The training programme is rich in fun-based activities though intended to generate new reasoning abilities that will upgrade their knowledge and productivity. The members gain better learning abilities that lead them to settle on better choices. JIM also offers consultation to business associations, NGOs, and educational institutions.
