Professor P. Janet Mary Portia’s teaching experience in Management education spans twelve years. Currently she is working with St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli in the capacity of Assistant Professor of Finance and Chair Library, MOOC, and Startup Mela. She obtained her MBA from JJ College of Engineering and Technology in Tiruchirappalli, with an emphasis on Finance and Human Resource Management. Also, she has an MPhil degree in Management from PRIST University in Thanjavur. She passed the NET and SET exams in 2016.At the moment, she is working towards her Doctoral Degree in Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. She organized numerous Seminars and Workshops. She has guided one hundred and fifty PG projects so far. She has written and published a book on Banking Dynamics. In her current teaching, she focuses on finance-related areas.
