Rev. Fr. I. Antony Inico SJ, is a Jesuit priest who renders his service as an administrator at JIM. He obtained his Master in Commerce from St. Joseph's College. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in the area of Human Resource Management from Bharathidasan University. Previously, he served as a missionary at Jesuit Institutions in Paraguay, South America for three years especially focusing on youth development programmes and forming younger generation spiritually and intellectually to fit for life and fit for service. He also presented several papers on Work Life Balancing at national and international conferences. Presently, he is engaged in his research on Work Life Balance in Work from Home Environment of employees. His foreseeing research findings try to provide some solutions and life-based practical approach to the contemporary global crises which demands for greater stability and performance in the corporate world.
